Terms and Conditions
We want dancing to be fun but here is the legal stuff we have to tell you to avoid any misunderstandings or confusion.
By enrolling/ participating in a Funky Butts class you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Classes need a minimum of 7 students to run. Classes under 7 students may be cancelled. In the event that a class is cancelled you will be offered a full refund or transfer into another class.
2. In the event that you cannot attend a class for any reason you will be offered a makeup class to the same value of that class in the same session only. If the class falls in the last week of a session you may make up that class the following week provided it is not the last week of the year and you are enrolled in that session.
3. No responsibility taken for lost mail or bank transfer error.
4. $35 dishonour fee is passed onto student if cheque bounces.
5. Enrolment is for one year of classes. You may cancel your enrolment during this time however you must pay for the month you are currently attending and please give as much notice as possible of your discontinuation of enrolment especially if you are in a small class! Any costumes that have been ordered for you or examination fees etc paid on your behalf will have to be paid for. Registration fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Costume Deposit is payable in Session 4/ July. Concert costumes are purchased at this time so full costume fees are payable by all students enrolled in July. Funky Butts will endeavour to keep all Junior costumes at a maximum of $50 and Senior costumes at a maximum of $60.
6. PRIVATE LESSONS. Must be prepaid. A maximum of one cancellation may be made in an eight week session / or further cancellations will incur full fees no matter when the cancellation is made.
7. Payments over 8 weeks overdue will incur a $10 late fee unless alternative arrangements have been made with Funky Butts.
8. Funky Butts reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. |
